The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring proper site preparation and obtaining any necessary local permits or approvals before installation. Failure to do so may void warranties and result in project delays or cancellation.

7. Warranties

Our prefabricated steel buildings come with a 40-Year Structural Warranty and are made from 100% American steel. Additional warranties may apply depending on the project. Altering the structure or improper installation may void the warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atlantic Steel Structures is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
  
  
• Any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control.

Maximum liability in any claim related to your use of our services will not exceed $100.

9. Payments and Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once engineering or processing begins. Deposits secure your building price for up to 6 months. Payment balances must be made in full upon scheduling delivery or installation. Additional fees may apply for change orders, credit card processing, or return trips due to site inaccessibility.

Any promotions or discounts apply only to eligible orders within the specified timeframes. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing may vary based on local building code requirements or engineering certifications.

11. Third-Party Services

We may assign your order to certified installers or third-party vendors. While we ensure quality partnerships, Atlantic Steel Structures is not responsible for delays, warranties, or guarantees made by third parties unless explicitly stated.
