Our steel homes are relatively easy to assemble – and that’s a key word, too, because our trucks arrive at a site with a whole home’s worth of steel girders to build the frame and stacks of interlocking panels which are fitted together to make walls and a roof. It’s a skilled business, but it is also inherently speedy in the right hands, and our constructors enjoy making a building grow rapidly out of nothing.

Durability and Safety

We work with high quality steel, which is by its very nature extremely durable. It is a stable material. It doesn’t crack or crumble. It stays how it should be. If you live in a place where people are wary of termites, that can only be because they don’t live in one of our buildings. If they did, they would have no worries on that score, because insects and other pests can’t damage steel..

Fire doesn’t like steel, either. Our buildings are resistant to fire just as they are to any kind of damage.

Climate control is the name given to maintaining the temperature and general ambience inside a building, and a residential steel structure can keep the cold out and the heat in – or vice versa, depending on weather conditions. The tightly interlocking panels keep wind and rain at bay, while modern methods of insulation maintain the conditions you want and help to keep fuel bills down. Insulation also applies to sound, so you can make your ambience pleasant in that respect too.
